The Positive Porpoise is a social charity using our passion and love for the Miami Dolphins to raise money for charitable organizations.

Hello Finlaws.
I want to take a moment to explain to anyone wondering just how charities work here at TPP(The Positive Porpoise). Over time we have looked for and supported many charities in the 305 area. We have also given to smaller and even private charities when Finlaws needed financial support.

How do we do this? We offer up, in most cases, hard-to-find Miami Dolphins authenticated and pro shop items, even antiques at times that are listed weekly under the “ANNOUNCEMENTS/FEATURED” tab in the group.
The Miami Dolphins Foundation is in full support of what we do here and send us items directly from the team to raise funds as well for charities directly connected to the Miami Dolphins.
Many former and actual players of the team support what we do and all of this has happened since we began on January 19th, 2019.

How did we accomplish this? It took honesty, integrity, dedication, transparency and trust.
When an item is donated to us (even from Pham), 100% of what that item raises goes to charity. If “WE” purchase an item, we remove the price paid and the overhead goes to the charity unless this is announced as a 50/50 fundraiser where half goes to the charity and half goes to club funds. However, this has not always been the case, as TPP has also donated over $15k of its own items and merchandise earnings to further contribute to the cause.
Our largest Charity to Date was the 2022 DCC XII-Dolphins Challenge Cancer where the Fan Base came together at TPP to raise over $111,000 for the event. TPP and it’s members have raised more than $285k for this charity alone over the past 4 events.

We recently surpassed $385,000 raised for diverse charities in a little over 4 1/2 years, we want to thank each and every one of you who have helped us along the way.
